Depot Gilang Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. This is an urgent opportunity to lead our branch and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with the head office for product updates and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
