📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
