🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on business, technology, or science.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategy development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving organizational change.
• Strong understanding of the Singaporean research and technology landscape, as well as international best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
