📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve finishing issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the finishing process.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards in the finishing process.

• Train and mentor junior staff on finishing techniques and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in garment finishing, with a focus on payet techniques.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality, consistent finishes on garments.
• Familiarity with industry-standard finishing tools and equipment, such as steam irons, presses, and finishing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
