You will use our in-house booking system, BookEasy, and our customer relationship management tool, CRM Pro, to streamline operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person.
- Use BookEasy and CRM Pro to manage and track customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about our vehicle fleet and rental services.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy, with experience using BookEasy and CRM Pro an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations.
