📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Support the operations team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with operational processes and best practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
