📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create tutorials, how-to guides, and other educational materials to help users understand our products and services,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members as needed,Contribute to the development of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or healthcare documentation,Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, and Git,Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on collaboration and iteration,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
