📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and train restaurant staff to uphold company standards and improve service quality.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and provide feedback and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
