📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality food and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
