📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Represent the restaurant at events and functions, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
