WhiteCrow Research is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Engineer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with a focus on Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Etching, and Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and solutions to customers in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, focusing on CVD, Etch, and PECVD processes.,Conduct process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for our clients' semiconductor manufacturing equipment.,Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in the team.,Participate in on-site visits and customer visits to provide hands-on support and training.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on CVD, Etch, or PECVD processes.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with process control and monitoring systems is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
