📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly instructions, manuals, and guides.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical writing processes and tools.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.,Ensure that technical documentation meets the needs of our customers and supports their success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,At least 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
