GLEAM Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or a related field, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Support the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Participate in training programs for new drivers and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
