📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
