📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Matraman market.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.,Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the real estate market in Jakarta.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
