Link Village Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and dedicated Commis Chef to join our team. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and can work well under pressure.

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Prepare and maintain food presentation
  • Assist with the training and development of junior staff

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
  • Good understanding of Indonesian and Western cuisine
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
