📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote Home Credit's installment products to customers, explaining the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Assist customers in applying for and managing their installment loans, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Provide personalized financial advice to help customers make informed decisions about their credit needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Home Credit's product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Home Credit's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
