📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Oversee the training and development of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and other department heads to ensure smooth store operations.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability and financial stability.,Promote and implement store initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
