Crown Net Indonesia is a leading company in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy F&B Service to join our team in Surabaya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our F&B services, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise F&B service staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of F&B service policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for F&B service staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of managing F&B service staff and operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
