📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Overseeing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitoring and controlling expenses, ensuring they are in line with the budget and company policies.,Managing the payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other employee payments.,Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and preparing and filing tax returns.,Providing financial advice and recommendations to the clinic management.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
