📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and produce high-quality graphic designs for various print media, including brochures, posters, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of creative work to showcase design skills and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and engaging.
• Manage the print production process, from pre-press to post-press, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of final products.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that meet their expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for print, considering factors such as color accuracy, resolution, and file formats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Print Production Specialist, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including pre-press, printing, and finishing.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
