In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations to ensure high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.,Control inventory and ordering to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and profitability targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
