As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company’s vision. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Your daily tasks will include market analysis, client engagement, and performance monitoring. With a salary range of Rp 12,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan, this role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work in one of Indonesia’s most beautiful and dynamic cities.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Bali.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar role in a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
