📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage employee data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support department heads with HR-related queries and issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
