Junction Lestari is looking for a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, conducting internal audits, and providing recommendations to improve our financial processes. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes,Reviewing financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations,Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies,Maintaining and updating internal audit procedures and standards,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus
