📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and design appropriate programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.
• Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
