📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and selection.,Prepare and maintain procurement documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Provide support to the procurement team in achieving departmental goals and targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field (preferred but not required).,Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
