📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.,Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Work closely with senior management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in using HR management software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
