📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs for technical and non-technical topics
• Identify and address the training needs of our engineers and employees
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses
• Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with our team to ensure training aligns with our company's goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training programs
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our engineers and employees throughout their learning journey

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a technical or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles
• Experience with training management systems (TMS) such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
