Your ability to adapt to different platforms and tools will be crucial in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage product listings on Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, working closely with our logistics team.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and manage promotions on marketplaces.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices on marketplace platforms.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock levels and reordering.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or digital sales industry.
• Proven experience with Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital sales is a plus.
