Manage and coordinate daily operations activities,Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in operations,Monitor and maintain inventory levels,Coordinate with other departments to meet operational goals,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures,Provide support during peak periods and special projects,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
