📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective interview questions.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assisting with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Providing regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
