📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
