Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients and candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare employers and job seekers in Indonesia.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for both the client and the candidate.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in Indonesia and the ability to navigate the local market.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.,Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
