Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OPPO Experience Store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store's brand.,Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in store events and promotions.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a retail store or sales team.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with OPPO products and brand is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
