📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end outsourcing processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency-improving outsourcing opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of outsourced services with internal operations.
• Develop and maintain outsourcing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate outsourcing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging outsourcing technologies.
• Manage outsourcing budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of outsourcing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in outsourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing outsourcing projects and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing contracts, legal requirements, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
