📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to enhance the quality of services provided.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the clinic is equipped with the latest medical technology and supplies.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a related certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare operations and improving patient outcomes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and medical billing and coding.
