📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Work with transportation teams to schedule and monitor deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of logistics documents, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.
• Provide support to the logistics manager in the planning and execution of logistics strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles and practices.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as SAP, WMS, or TMS.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
