📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Conduct educational sessions to inform healthcare providers about product benefits
- Monitor sales performance and report to the sales manager
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals
- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and regulations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or client relations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems and data analysis software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
