📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair building structures and electrical systems.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and electrical maintenance.
• Certification in electrical systems (e.g., ITE, NECA, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
