📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP ERP system
• Ensure timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms
• Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions
• Resolve discrepancies and payment issues with vendors
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports
• Assist in the preparation of annual audit documentation
• Stay updated with financial regulations and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
• Proficient in using SAP ERP system
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
