📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of delivery teams, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and expand the network of partner merchants, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional management to align operations with company-wide goals and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or delivery industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding a network of partner merchants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
