📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the container depot, including container receipt, dispatch, and storage management.
• Manage a team of depot operators, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and transportation to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using SAP and Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize depot performance and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing operational activities.
